Each year, we present here our Standard and Minimums Practice Engagement Rates and Costs for working with clients. This is your investment, and ours as well.

The rates include consultant and technician charges per Man days and Man hours, plus provision for general telephone consultancy support overheads and all other costs, except for project specific travel and subsistence, and any special project equipment. In your requests for a quotation, we provide quotes on the costs to provide that service only, not the rates prevalent in your country, for similar services. This is, in essence, what produces such a significant difference in the rates and charges, between “US and the Others”, that some prospects have asked about.

Project Rates are applied to engagements where we are contracted for project work of 30 man days or longer per twelve month period.

PlcConsuls who are engaged on consultancy work or shorter term project work charge at an appropriate rate, or Standard Minimum. We offer lower consultancy rates due to relatively low overheads, occurring from our business model.

Each assignment is individually priced, but based (not exclusively) on the following:

  • Consulting time Out-of-pocket expenses, eg. Accommodation expenses ie. room and board charges, laundry and reasonable telephone charges for internet and e-mail connections. Consulticorps Terms of Engagement determines that clients pay for our incurred out-of-pocket expenses
  • Materials Time & Materials Contracts. Where the assignment and the scope of work is not clearly defined, and the total implementation costs cannot be currently estimated

Coordinating Personnel

We usually require that a project coordinator on the customer's side is responsible for mutual preparation of the project plan and estimations in order to run the project on their basis

The contract specifies the specialists on both sides who are to be involved in the project. The customer is invoiced at agreed periods for the performed work at our rates.

Retainer Package Support

On longer assignments, PlcConsuls will quote on a retainer basis where a number of days are reserved to be called off as required. In this event Consulticorps will bill on a bimonthly basis or as required by agreement. Days reserved but not taken will not not charged.A Retainer agreement between PlcConsuls and the client states the:

  • Monthly Fees and Engagement Fees
  • The number of consulting hours;
  • Type of service covered under the retainer agreement as well as commencement and end dates.

Travel Time

Travel and Subsistence: Travel is normally arranged using mutually agreed rules. PlcConsuls do not charge fees for travel inside home country. However If a project requires travel outside home country, or will involve international travel, then actual time spent for the travel will be billed. Fares and other Expenses incurred as a result of Travel will also be billed and may be included with custom rates for custom projects.

Transportation & Expenses

The minimum call out time of 1 man-day is usually a requirement.

  • Transportation shall include: airplane fares, taxi, bus, train, car and car rentals.
  • Parking charges at hotels, restaurants and work sites will be billed to the client.
  • All Air/Land/Sea travel and others yet to be charged and described will be full-fare by default.
  • All Travel outside of Singapore is business class. Clients Customer may choose to discuss on other classes.

Quotation & Pricing Notes

It is necessary to note that our rates can vary depending on the complexity of a specific project, its size and the skillset and experience of the specialists involved. As soon as we acquaint ourselves with your project, we will readily specify the price terms for you Whilst all reasonable care has been taken in preparing our quotations – errors and omissions are possible. Costing is prepared on the basis of information supplied to us. If this information is inaccurate – our quotation can be also be incorrect.

All offers and fee bids, etc, by IkrimahPlc Pte. Ltd. and all contracts concluded with a Client shall be subject to and shall incorporate these terms and conditions. No amendment or variation to these terms and conditions shall be binding on IkrimahPlc Pte. Ltd. unless in writing signed by a director of IkrimahPlc Pte. Ltd. and a duly authorized officer of the Client.

These terms and conditions supersede all other oral and/or written communications, representations, agreements or undertakings and any such communications, representations, agreements and undertakings which are not expressly contained in these terms and conditions shall not be deemed incorporated herein.

Fees

'Remuneration' includes base salary, guaranteed and/or anticipated bonus and commission earnings, allowances, commitments payments, the benefit of a company car and all other payments and taxable (and, where applicable, non-taxable) emoluments payable to or receivable by the Company for services rendered to or on behalf of the Client. :

'PlcMobilization' means that agreed portion or percentage of the fees required as a payment to engage our services now or to keep us on standby for a future specified and agreed date, not exceeding thirty (3) Calendar days from payment of Committment Fees. , it is a pre-payment that falls due on signing on the agreement.
No work/consultations will be undertaken without this signing fee.

'PlcRetainer' is the agreed fees paid today, to engage us at a future date, in anticipation of a project, or activity for which our services are earmarked as required.

'PlcCommittment' means the prospect the fee paid to us to BEGIN or COMMENCE the project. Notably,this fee is different from

'PlcContinuance' means the agreed portion or percentage of the fees required as remuneration for a deliverable, or stages of a deliverable or a partial portion of a project.

'PlcClosing' means the final portion or percentage of the agreed fees required as remuneration for the deliverable or project.

'Deliverable' means that portion or stage of a project or a complete project, that is is the subject of the agreement

We have a minimum charge of one (1) hour per activity and we charge 4.5 grams of gold of 999 purity and you are allowed to pay that fee alternatively in your currency. Our charging time starts from when we arrive at your office or meeting place, and finishes, when we leave your office, or place of meeting, or alternatively when we close discussions. We will both know when it commences and ends.

  • Work accomplished each day will be described appropriately on the timesheet.
  • The agreement or timesheet, signed by the client assigned project manager can be the basis for the invoice. Expense receipts will be listed separately and described on the invoice.
  • Consulting time and expenses may be invoiced weekly or as agreed or when necesary.
  • All fees are fully earned and immediately due when Invoices are submitted.
  • Non-payment of invoices, are sufficient to cancel projects, with costs accruing to client.
  • Payment details are provided on each invoice, or accordingly.

PROJECT BRIEF

The project brief should be a description of the project to be undertaken by the client. It will be an overview of the whole project, not only the work to be undertaken by the COUNSEL. The Description of the project and the client's overall objectives. The Client Brief, which will form part of the Project Brief, will be produced by the client after discussions between the client and the COUNSEL. It will define the company's standards to which the work should be executed and the overall IkrimahPlc Pte. Ltd. policy.

PROJECT SCOPE

The project scope details the work to be carried out by the IkrimahPlc Pte. Ltd. COUNSEL as described in the project brief. An agreed schedule of works and detailed programme should be prepared. The different areas or stages in the schedule may be priced. This will assist in agreeing the value of any variations which may occur over the course of the project

CONTRACT TERMS

These Terms of Business are deemed to be accepted by the Client by virtue of an Introduction to, or the Engagement of an Applicant. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company, these Terms of Business shall prevail over any other terms of business or purchase conditions put forward by the Client. No variation or alteration of these Terms of Business shall be valid unless approved in writing by the Company. Fees and charges are in all matter/issue/projects quoted exclusive of Taxes. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

he Client will provide the IkrimahPlc Pte. Ltd. COUNSEL with all relevant information; to enable IkrimahPlc Pte. Ltd. COUNSEL to execute his/her duties; The Client will provide the IkrimahPlc Pte. Ltd. COUNSEL with reasonable access to the premises if any that needs are being assessed; The Client will co-operate fully with IkrimahPlc Pte. Ltd. COUNSEL ; The Client will respond promptly to requests for additional information; Complete payment for the IkrimahPlc Pte. Ltd. COUNSEL services as per agreement

PAYMENT SCHEDULES

Payment schedules and methods may be agreed through negotiations between the IkrimahPlc Pte. Ltd. COUNSEL and the Client. Payments may be related to time periods, milestones or completion of the works. Clients will be invoiced by the auditor/consultant in accordance with the agreed method. The method of payment will be included in the engagement agreement with the agreed method for calculation of variations to the project brief/budget. The payment of invoiced moneys due to the COUNSEL shall be paid within 7 days from the date of receipt of the invoice by the Client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

FEES

The fees contained within the scope of works and the engagement agreement should specify the inclusion or exclusion of expenditure relating to; counsel fees, travel expenses, accommodation expert fees as per agreement; reasonable travel and hotel expenses, (including mileage for car travel at a specified rate; postage/courier charge; obtaining copies of plans; GST, where applicable

CONFIDENTIALITY

The IkrimahPlc Pte. Ltd. COUNSEL agrees to treat as confidential and not disclose or permit to be disclosed to any person or otherwise make use of or permit to be made use of any information in relation to the Client's.

NOTICE

Any notice required by this agreement to be given by either party to the other shall be in writing and shall be served by sending the same by registered post or recorded delivery to the last known address of the other party and any receipt issued by the postal authorities shall be conclusive evidence of the fact and date of posting such a notice.

TERMINATION

Either party shall be entitled to terminate the contract if; the other party is in breach of this contract for a period exceeding 7 days after the breach has been communicated in writing to him or her
